Adam Morse
Hello, my name is Adam Morse, and I am the Vice President of IAFF Local 3125, representing The Key Peninsula Firefighters. Since 2021, I have been a dedicated member of both this department and our local union, building on my career as a firefighter that began in 2017. I have been actively contributing to the executive board of Local 3152 since joining KPFD and the union.
I come from a blue-collar, union-oriented family, where I developed a deep appreciation for hard work and organized labor. My core values include accountability, perseverance, transparency, and civic responsibility. I strive to improve every day and leave a positive impact on both our team and our community.
I grew up in Pierce County in the north end of Gig Harbor and graduated from GHHS in 2007. I spent much of my youth on the Key Peninsula with friends and family, and now I have the privilege of serving the same communities I grew up in. Although I do not currently reside in the area, I dedicate much of my off-duty time to union activities and enhancing the safety and wellbeing of our Key Peninsula communities.
Brandon Hagen
I grew up in Ruston where both of my parents were in public service for long periods of time. My mom as a town council member and my dad as a volunteer firefighter. This I feel, has encouraged a passion for public service in me which I am lucky enough now to have as my career.
I started volunteering as a firefighter shortly after EMT school and worked in both the hospital setting and in private ambulance. I have been in the fire service and EMS for 20 years now. I have been with Local 3152 since January of 2018. I was a chief shop steward of my prior union before I was privileged enough to become an IAFF member. In 2019 I was elected as the secretary of Local 3152 and this is my third term as the secretary. During that time I have taken over as our Local’s MDA coordinator and have taken part in several events.
